Blog moved to blog.adampaul.com

2009-02-246 CommentsMisc

Hi folks,

I’ve moved my blog onto http://blog.adampaul.com – this change shouldn’t require any actions on your part, as the old URL will redirect to this one, and any RSS feeds should be automatically updated, but just in case you see any issues, this is probably why.

I’ve also made my blog the landing page on http://www.adampaul.com, and in the coming weeks (months, years), will be working to integrate the content from my website and this blog.

Kind regards,

Adam

Yeah, I’ve been meaning to integrate my blog & my “legacy” website – it’s way too much hassle to manage both, and WordPress is so easy to deal with, especially remotely.

Things probably won’t look too different to you since you’re coming from the blog side of things, just some added links at the top, and eventually incorporation of all of my old hike/bike reports, but they’ll be quite different if one is used to the old website!

So, now you are combining everything into a one-stop-shop. I kind of like that. Lots of time to spend to get everything organized, isn’t it?

Yes, it will take some (tons) time, that’s for sure! I never did finish re-doing my hike reports to reflect my new (now 2-year-old) photo gallery layout!

Hey, it’s good to have projects for a rainy day, right?

Heh, you’re looking at it 🙂 I moved it, I didn’t actually change much on the blog at all, other than adding the navigation tabs at the top to access the static content on my site.
