Prague teaser

2009-05-186 CommentsDrinking, Photography, Travel, Urban

Dobry den z’Praha!

We’re having a great time here, especially since Sarah joined me on Friday. Loads of walking, wonderful sights, & food adventures galore!

With all the walking, the dreaded sandals with socks look that is oh so German (& Czech) is starting to look like a good idea, ahhhhhh!

I haven’t had any blocks of solid birding time yet, although I’ve seen a couple of lifers (jays/crows, don’t know which as I don’t have a guide for this area).

Four days of vacation remain, and they’re sure to be a lot of fun!

Until I get back, here are some iPhone snaps:

Even the iphone shots are great. Looks like a wonderful city.

Also interesting to note, the greeting is very similar to Polish: Dzen dobry z polski!

That is interesting indeed, although not surprising, as the Czech Republic & Poland share a substantial border.

Gosh, Adam, what would we do without iPhones and the internet? I’m so glad you and Sarah are enjoying yourselves; and I’m really glad you are sharing your fun and adventures with all of us. I look forward to seeing more photos and reading about your adventures.

Well, without iPhones & the internet, I would have enjoyed more leisurely breakfasts while talking with Sarah, instead of us updating Facebook & such, as the only WiFi we had was in the hotel lobbies 😉
